Shared Mobility Hubs

CCTA is moving forward with three shared mobility hubs along the I-680 corridor These will connect biking, walking, transit, carpools, and ride-hailing in one place, making travel easier while adding amenities like Wi-Fi, device charging and improved waiting areas.

The Countywide Smart Signals project upgrades traffic signals at over 300 intersections in Contra Costa County, aiming to reduce congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance safety for all modes of transportation through modernized, synchronized signals.
