Our Team

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (Authority) Board is made up of eleven (11) appointed voting officials and three (3) non-voting Ex-Officios representing cities/towns, Contra Costa County, Conference of Mayors, bus transit operators across Contra Costa County, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and the Bay Area Rapid Transit district. The Authority Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located at 2999 Oak Rd., Ste. 110, Walnut Creek. The Authority has a dedicated staff team with a passion for ensuring safe, accessible, and efficient transportation for those who travel in Contra Costa County. They work to plan, fund, and implement innovative mobility programs that strengthen our diverse communities and improve the lives of residents.
